Steps

 

1. First, the client creates an account in our app and provides his business information. 

 

2. Next, our client will place the amount of money he needs to deposit in his bank account in our app. Our customer after placing the amount he needs to deposit has to pay between $18-25 of fee depending on the amount he needs to deposit.

 

3. After that he/she will see the agent ID and full clothing to notify him when he arrives. Our agents will have assigned specific routes to provide service and will look very random to secure safety for them. 

 

4. When the agent arrives to the business he will appear without dress code of our company, though he will possess an identification that he works for Dupo. He will collect the cash proceeds.

 

5. After they have met and the customer provides the cash adequately that he needs to deposit, our agent #1 will notify  agent #2 (in charge of the transfer) to complete the transfer to the business account number. 

 

6. When the associate has collected the cash he will return to our facilities to dispose the cash and continue delivering service.
